Given our fulfillment center is based in Miami, below you'll find our adapted shipping policies to best serve both our local and international customers.

International Shipping Policy (Including Costa Rica)

Shipping Areas: A Week Awake ships worldwide, including Costa Rica, directly from our fulfillment center in Miami.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, package size, and weight. International shipping rates apply.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; A Week Awake has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Dispatch Times: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days.
Delivery Times: Delivery times vary based on destination. For Costa Rica, shipments typically arrive within 5-10 business days after dispatch. Delivery times will be longer for other international destinations.

Domestic Shipping Policy (United States)

Shipping Costs: We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional charge.
Dispatch Times: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days from our Miami warehouse.
Delivery Times: Standard shipping within the contiguous United States typically takes 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
